Visio is a "graphic-objects placement program" designed for general office(and home) use. Visio allows you to quickly arrange objects (such as shapes, graphics, etc., with or without accompanying text) on a page to create graphical diagrams. There are a large number of diagram templates included with the program, such as templates for creating flow charts, organizational charts, business process designs, office space/floor designs, database models, conceptual Web designs, etc. In this session, learn how to work with shapes/graphics to create the desired design. You will add shapes to your page, and then connect, move, copy, re-size, arrange, format, etc. the shapes. Emphasis is placed on putting together designs quickly and painlessly.
